Deleting a Copy of Workflow (draft)

jihanski October 31, 2013

I created a workflow, and since I am playing around and new to this, I save copies before I publish. This is okay, but when I go here https://site-name.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewFieldScreens.jspa it displays all the copy/saved draft from start to finish. Where can I delete them?

All your existing workflows can be found under https://site-name.atlassian.net/secure/admin/workflows/ListWorkflows.jspa where you also should be able to delete them. Please be aware of the expand option under "Inactive" to display workflows which currently are not assigned to a project. The link you have provided relates to screens being used in workflows. Since it does not matter if a workflow is active or inactive, all your copies and drafts are being displayed here.

Thanks Mick! Yes, I found it few minutes after I posted this, was meaning to go back and answer my question. It was a bit confusing because on that URL I pasted, when you open a copy then click delete, list does not update.

But thanks again!
