A recently added user was not getting any invitation emails, even when 'resend' was clicked.
So I deleted the user and ran a re-index. At this point I attempted to add the user again hoping that this would solve my original problem.
But now the user cannot be added at all, there is no error message nor exception when I click on 'create', just nothing happens.
Hi Christian, I believe you need to raise a request to Atlassian Support so we can check the details of this user in DB, for example.
