Delete recently imported issues

troy bryant June 30, 2015

Hi -

I just figured out how to import my backlog or issues into JIRA problem is seems as if some items were broken up so importing 25 issues was broken down to 130+ issues.  Is there a way to delete multiple issues at once?

You can use "bulk edit".

Go to JIRA issues tab, and filter our the issues you want to delete by JQL or basic conditions.

Options -> Bulk edit and "delete".

Make sure you have "delete" rights in the project, and the global permission to use bulk-edit

You can perform a JQL search using the "Updated" field to find the newest issues and then perform a Bulk Change to delete those issues.

Hope it helps!
