We need to delete a part of our customer desk service, because kind of our team leave the company.
If we can conserv our past, and give them there past it will be great.
How can we do for make this task?
Actually our service desk is depend from the other team.
Do you mean to remove the types of requests available for customers in the service portal to select? It's a bit hard to understand exactly what you need to accomplish here.

Yes it our goal. Actually the sevice portal offer the possibility to customers to make a ticket for the two society. The two technic team see all customers and all there requests. Also we need to attribute olds tickets to the right team.
