Delegate Approvals?

Is it possible to delegate approvals/ responsiblities to another user like you can in ServiceNow.

Hi Ben,

that's a very general question. We have approval steps in some of our workflows, where only members of a special group are able to "approve" a solution and transition the workflow to the next status. 

If a user clicks on "approve", he is also set into a custom field as approver.
