Default values in ToDo list custom field not working

Hi,

I just noticed that the default values in ToDo list custom field is not showing in the Edit and Workflow screen.  It does however shows up in Create screen.  This happens when using IE9 and Chrome.  Currently installed in JIRA 6.3.15 using plugin version 1.9.7.

Can someone please help?

I am unable to see the defaults on any screen utilizing IE10, Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 m (64-bit), or Firefox 28.0. I do not believe this is a browser specific issue. I am using JIRA v6.4.12 and plugin version 1.9.8.

As this is quite some time after the above comments, I assume someone has a solution and hasn't shared it here?
