This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Creating issues and comments from email
If email sender is a JIRA user but doesn't have a permission to create a issue, it seems being denied instead of using Default Reporter. Except giving the permission, is there any other way to create an issue with Default Reporter?

But if there would be a (free) workaround (except changing the email-address of this user), that would be nice.
