Is it possible to configure a simple and dedicated URL for JIRA Service Desk?
JIRA is deployed at this URL : support.mycompany.com and is used by employee for project management.
Service Desk for our customers is accessible here : support.mycompany.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
Customers get confused with this configuration and cannot find the Service Desk Portal easily. Is it possible to redirect automatically customer to the support portal? Or can we configure a dedicated alias for Service Desk?,
