I want to messure the time between issue creation date and date/time of first assignment. How can I do this for several issues? I found out that "date of first response" and also "Updated" fields are not correct. I there any special date field where this time stamp is stored?
Date of first response and updated fields ARE correct. They just don't record date/time of first assignment, because that's not what they are for.
You'll need to look at the issue history to get first assignment. I don't think you can do it en-masse in OnDemand/Cloud - I've done it with a plugin and the script-runner separately, but you don't have that option on Cloud.
