Date/time transition field of jira misc custom field plug-in is not working properly

Am using JIRA misc custom field plug-in's date/time transition field for calculating the time at which status is changed to 'Escalated'.

It works fine for most of the issues but for some issues that time is not getting captured.

Could anyone please suggest a solution for this.

Hi All,

I found the reason for that. Recently I changed the workflow and after this change the time of all the existing issues were removed. 

Is there any method to capture the time of those issues.
