After our tenant in Jira cloud swapped to the new ticket view, the "Due Date" field has an incorrect date format.
Everywhere else in our tenant, it's set to DD/MON/YYY
However, on the ticket view the due date is showing: YYYY/MM/DD
Any suggestions on correcting this?
