Dashboard not working - The Gadget Dashboard bundled plugin is not available

I've read the articles that explain how to fix this problem, but I don't know where to see if the plugin is disabled, nor do I know where the <Catalina Base> directory is. Attached is my atlassian-jira.log (atlassian-jira.log), any help is appreciated, thanks!

You can manage status of all installed plugins in: Jira Administration - Add-ons - Manage addons. By default system plugins are not shown, so you need to choose to show them in dropdown filter. You can also find all the details about your instance including main folder paths in: Jira Administration - System - System Info
