Dashboard gagdet with a search field (cloud)

Is there a gagdet (or some other way) to setup a filter that the user can enter the search criteria. I'd like to be able to search issues under a project for a certain value in a field, but that value is different for different issues and having a search box would make it much easier for average users to run a search.

Something along the lines of Project = my project and myfield = (empty box where a user can enter a value)

I found something that looks like it works for an on prem install, but that doesn't help me.

What about standard Filter Results gadget? Every user can saved own filters.

I was hoping for something a little easier for the non technical to use, simply enter the value you are looking for in the box and press ok sort of thing.
