What does the log file say when you try to re-enable the addon?
Unfortunately I can't enable it. There no such button. Documentation says that it enabled by default. For the fist time it was so, but now...

And you've said Cloud as well, sorry I missed that before - you'll need to raise this with Atlassian support so they can read the log file to establish what has gone wrong.
