Cyclic reloads of Jira page in Google Chrome

Hi, I am getting frequent cyclic reloads of Jira page in Google Chrome. I use Google Chrome 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10.

Reloads of page are sometimes occurring every 1-2 seconds in the new view if I use link:

https://<address>/browse/ABC-123

However, if I use

https://<address>/browse/ABC-123?oldIssueView=true

I don't see the restarts.

When I try to use Micrsoft Edge all seems to be running fine.

Thank you for sharing the problem with all the details to reproduce it.

Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce your problem in my personal environment using a VM to simulate Windows 10 with Chrome 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) 64 bits.

In order to further troubleshoot your issue, I recommend you to perform the following steps:

1 - Clear your browser Cache

2 - Try to reproduce the same problem using the Incognito mode of Google Chrome

3 - Check if any information is being added in Javascript console of the Browser when reproducing the problem

Thank you very much fro the reply. Problem still persists (it is frequent) and I even experienced in on Microsoft Edge browser. Regarding the suggested steps:

1. Will try this one.

2. Did not manage to reproduce it in Incognito Google Chrome session

3. When reproducing the problem in normal Google Chrome browser Google Chrome Console (in Help -> Tools -> Development Tools) did not produce any output).

I can prepare video with occurring problem, but unfortunately there is only option to attach screenshots to the ticketing system.
