Cut and paste not carrying over line breaks

When I am pasting text into either the description or comment area, all the line breaks are lost and it appears as one long line which I then need to space out manually.

 

Using IE11. Windows 8.

Where are you cutting this from? How do they look like from the source? Are they really line breaks? Or they are just wordwrapped? Or they just reached the end of space so it looked like it was in a line break?
