Customizing Service Desk Customer records

How can you add custom fields to the Customer record, such as Phone, Product Line, Account Number, etc.?

Brian,

I wish that there were fields w/in the User record under User Management. However, the info you are wanting to store can be added under the user's Profile. As an admin you can login as the user and update their profile.

  1. User Management
  2. locate the customer in question
  3. login as user
  4. click on avatar (upper right) and go to Profile
  5. click on ellipses and go to Wiki Profile
  6. edit profile

Yes this is one user at a time and rather cumbersome but it exists.
