the documentation (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/customizing-your-help-center-895930615.html) describes how to customize some parts of the help center. However, those seem very limited and minimal.
Is it possible to do more changes? Specifically I would like to customize what is shown below the help center banner. That way I have more control over how to guide the user to the right request. They shouldn't need to worry about which Service Desk is the correct one (we have several).
Unfortunately, the documentation explains all the possible customization allowed on JIRA.
However, there is a feature request opened to give more customization options for the Customer Portal.
