With the customer satisfaction feature I can edit the question that is asked, but I cannot change any other aspect of the email that is issued (or the page that is presented to collect any comments). Are there any plans to offer this feature ?
There're are already a few JAC tickets requesting customisation for CSAT (e.g. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-3436). If you can't find any JAC ticket that fits in with your request, feel free to make a suggestion for the JSD team and they'll investigate it further.
