Customers can't see reported issues that were imported

I imported issues from Redmine, all the issues appears like "Created be ME", and the "Reporter" field comes with the original Redmine author of that issue.

When the user that reported this issue log into JIRA Portal, he can't see any issues that were imported.

I need that all the issues I imported from Redmine to be visible at least to the reporter (original Redmine author).

There's a good change that the 'Customer Request Type' is not filled out. This is the request type that you create when you set up the forms for your Customer Portal.

You can check if this is the case with this JQL:

Project = <your service desk project> and "Customer Request Type" is EMPTY

If so, you can update this field for each of your underlying Issue Types through Bulk Change. Check with one or two issues first, but this might be the reason.
