Customer unable to download attachments from customer portal

Hi - I have customer portal configured for Service Desk and my customers are able to perform all functions except when the customer tries download an attachment from comments (it could be a file they themselves attached), they get error message "Access Denied". I checked all the permissions and they seem fine.

We have the same problem here. The user sees a '403 Forbidden' message when clicking on the link

Hello Roshni, This is an odd behaviour, if you create a test customer, can you also reproduce the problem? Can you also mention the attachment in a comment and check if it will be the same problem? If so, try to look in your log files for any hint that could lead you to the root cause of the problem.
