Customer service feedback survey

Hello All...


Need some help on this:

Is there way in JIRA to send a email with a survey link to the customer to get a feedback on how the service was after the ticket is closed.

Hey Manu.

What I think you can do is this:

  • Create an event and an E-mail template attached on it.
  • Create a postpone funcion for your "Closed" status (or anyone that set the issue closed)
  • Point the postpone function to send that E-mail

Could you please guide us to the steps on how to build the E-mail template which can be associated to the survey & where is the survey capability in JIRA. We are not using confluence.

Have you used this plug? I'm trying to develop a random survey solution that randomly selects closed tickets to provide survey's too...covering like 10% of my population. Do you know if the plug can be adjusted to do that?
