Is there a way to set a customer portal to allow tickets without and account or login? Or just restrict submissions to users with an account of a certain domain? Basically trying to create a support system for submitting change requests to a website. I do not want the user to need to create an account, but be able to submit their requested changes. Or is there a way to just have email as part of the submission create an account on the backend with the process invisible to the user?
