We use email submits for requests. We would like to create a Service Desk Portal that will allow users to see the requests they have submitted via email but not let them submit directly from the customer portal. Is this possible?
you might be able to if you block network access to the service desk page but, allow only my request to be seen by the users? besides that i do not see another way to do it.
