Customer can't select an user at approver field on service desk


I created a service desk request in my plataform and insert the 'approval field' as "show" to customer select what user needs to approve.

As I'm administrator, I can select an user in this approval field. But the customer user is not allowed to select any user. Do you know why?

 What can I set to costumer select an user in approval field of service desk request?

As costumer user I can't select an user as approver.

You need to configure request sharing to "Any customer or organization, by searching this project. Choose this option to allow customers to search their organization for approvers":
