Customer Portal Service Desk show more Information

I would like to show my customers more Information in the Ticket overview than you have to fill in at the time of the creation. How can I configure this?

Hi Andy,

Under Project settings -> Request Types -> Edit fields, you can add Field help, a short description for each field to guide the customer on what information they need to provide.

I'm not sure that's what you're looking for, but hope that helps!
