Can email subscriptions of filters be sent to customers? It appears they can only be sent to users, or groups of users?
Also, when I select Personal notification and select run now I do not get an email (I am a user) - the only way i get it to work is via a Jira group that has email distribution list (which i am part of) Jira user. Any suggestions to getting the personal notification working?

I was wanting my customers to be the subscription recipient as well but no luck. So I am assuming that does not work. I wish there was a way to input an email address. For your personal notification, is it YOUR filter? Curious to see if permissions might be the issue. Also, are there any results? You might not have the checkbox selected to not send if empty results.
