I am currently looking for a Feedback add-on to Jira which allows Clients to send feedback from Jira after a ticket has been closed. This is optional so they do not have to submit feedback but once they do submit feedback it sends an email to a specified address which should be managable from the administration screens with all fields and it does not save on the system or on the ticket / tickets which they have closed.
This tool will also need to recognise the user by there username and all this has to be included on the email.
I have tried Jira Issue Collector but it doesn't work on Jira as far as I am aware and looking for a add-on which provides these functionaility if anyone can recommend any
