Hi,

Is there any kind of Customize field in JIRA where i can create Customer database.

For Example i have 200 customers. and i get a complaint call from a Customer Called XYZ and which i will select from select list of 200 customers.

after selecting XYZ this is it possible to display customer Details like Phone number address contact person name automatically on complaint form.

For the usage of the "User Property Field" custom field usage, see the comment below:

I found this plugin allows the display of a user (assignee or reporter)
property on the view issue page, by using the default value. eg. 'assignee:phonenumber'

Basically, set the default value of your custom field to either "assignee:Phone" or "reporter:Phone" and you should get the phone number of the assignee or reporter in your issue display.
