Hello Vikram,

I believe this plugin can help you out: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.toolkit

You can find more info on the plugins page: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JTOOL/JIRA+Toolkit+Plugin;jsessionid=C7FFD863A74808B8CF22FA0614479498

For the usage of the "User Property Field" custom field usage, see the comment below:

I found this plugin allows the display of a user (assignee or reporter)
property on the view issue page, by using the default value. eg. 'assignee:phonenumber'

Basically, set the default value of your custom field to either "assignee:Phone" or "reporter:Phone" and you should get the phone number of the assignee or reporter in your issue display.

I hope this can help you out,

Cheers!
