Custom filed start date and due date

When im creating a ticket, custom field of start date should greater than the End date but it was not throwing any error while creating ticket,
so if i want to set as a start date is greater than the End date, what makes it possible.

Could please give us more details of what you are trying to achieve?

Per your description, I understand that you are using two custom fields to determine the "create date" and the "resolved date" of an issue and not the default fields that are automatically created for this purpose, however, the problem is that you are not being able to ensure the "end date" is greater than the "created date". Is it correct? Can you please let us know why you are not using the default Jira fields to achieve it?

As you may notice, JIRA automatically sets two fields, that are automatically filled with the time the issue was created and the time it was resolved. These fields can not be edited via the user interface, in order to avoid the problem you are facing right now.

That being said, we will be waiting for more details to know what exactly you are trying to achieve so we can provide you with some options. :)
