Custom fields values are not importing while inporting CSV in JIRA

1) Installed plugin JIRA import plugin.

Issue- while importing csv file to jira project ,custom field value in JIRA project is not getting imported.

Is there any way so that custom field for that project being impor in JIRA project.

Hey, a great way to do this is indicating in the first row the names of the jira fields as column name, so when you do the import would be easier to map the fields.

Maybe the fields are not being imported because those fields aren't created on Jira yet?

Fileds are already in JIRA but its a custom filed not global for all project.

So my question is ,If a custom filed is not global to all project ,is there any way to import that?

If I'm not wrong the fields should be imported too since if Jira does not find the custom field it creates a new global one... You could try making the fields global for the import maybe?
