Custom field to count one of the issue type in the subtask

This is my scenario 

Each Story has three subtask types (Defect , Sub test execution, sub tasks). 

I do require a counter to count each of them separately and show as a report. 

I cant use any paid plugin like (script runner) in my org.

Please do help.

You are going to need coding to do that, which pretty much means writing your own add-on, or buying one of the add-ons that lets you script fields.
