Custom field does not exists on screen but show up on workflow transition

Some fields are visible on screen which i have not added to screens.

 

Same Screen is working fine with other workflow but there is some issue with one of the issue type workflow

It's not uncommon to have a field only on a transition screen to capture data.  It sounds like an admin did just part of the job. It needs to be on the view screen for the issue type. Likde @Vickey Palzor Lepcha said check the workflow and screens for the issue type. 

I would suggest you to check all your setup from the beginning.

Have you declared screens for specific issue types ?

Have you associated your fields properly with proper screen and workflows ?
