Hello,

In addition to email notifications for Assignees and Reporters - Is it possible for users that have been selected with the User Picker when creating an issue, that they be notified via email that they have been selected?

In JIRA's nofication scheme, you can add the required User Picker Field.

So, for a particular request, when X user is selected in User Picker, then X user will also receive the same email as Reporter/ Assignee.
