I need help to implement Validator . Requirement is , When issue is moving to closed state, timespent is Mandatory field to pop up and requestor/ assignee whoever closes the issue should give reason if timespent if it is more than 0. I was able to make the time spent as mandatory field while closing the request, i added other field to give reason why time spent is more than 0. Now i have to relate both , if they give timespent more than 0 pop up should show them to fill the reason and then let them to close the issue.
I tried to use Validator script but not able to find how to use timespent as it is not custom field and the other field is custom .
Help is required on same.
