You can try out our app - AIO Reports and Timesheets for Jira - to create advanced custom reports in Jira.

It is possible to create custom reports using Jira Service desk, as you can see in the documentation below:

Create a new custom report 

In Jira Software, you have a big variety in reports to use with your agile boards and Stories, however, there is no option to create custom reports, although we have the following feature request to allow its customization:

- Ability to Customize the JIRA Agile Reports 

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

That being said, there are also several third-party apps you can check in Atlassian Marketplace that gives you the ability to build custom reports, like the ones described in the link below:

Analytics Reports 

If you have any specific report you want to achieve, please provide us with the details you want so we can check if there are other options you can use to achieve it.
