For some odd reason, one of my custom fields on a Create Issue screen I have is randomly being set to *Required. The even more interesting thing is that when I revert it back, a day or two later it's set back to *Required!
I've looked through the Jira cloud logs to no avail and even asked my team members (only two have this type of access) and they didn't touch it as well.
Anyone see this type of weird behavior before?

Hi @Anthony Engel Can you please let me know how you reverted back it to non required field?
Also, can you please check field configuration scheme to see if that field is set to required there or any automation rule which making it required also check the create transition in the workflow if there is any validator or post-function configured for the same.
