Custom Event Notification Issue



We have an on-prem JIRA server.

We have an issue-type workflow which at the very end of the workflow fires a custom event.

That custom event has been configured in the notification scheme to send an email to a mailbox.

That mailbox account is defined in JIRA with "JIRA developer" permission. So, it should have the "Browse projects" permission on it. 

No emails are coming through. I feel the custom event may not be firing. AM I missing a step here?

Hello Praseed,

Did you already use the Notification Helper ? If no, please give a try.

In additional, try to check the post-functions if it's all set well for the custom event.
