Crucible jira integration

I get this error message when I try authenticate in source/review tab on jira
uthentication failed!

An error occurred while trying to obtain an access token. For application link "svrgyn02 (95e3626e-6c8e-376a-b497-ea24a90b5073)"

OAuth Problem Details

  • Failed to get token from service provider. Response status code is '403'

How I should proced in order to complete de link between jira and crucible?

Hi, Can you give more context for the error message? The logs should contain more information about the error. One possible cause is described in the following article:

I get the same issue. Have you resolved this? Crucible can successfully move issues to done using smart commits so the link from Crucible to Jira on demand works for me but get this same error when clicking authenticate in Jira on demand's Source tab in an issue. Any help!?
