Crucible Link issue not working for a particular JIRA Project

we have integreated JIRA and crucible instances and the linking is working fine for most of the projects.

We are able to ceate jira issue for every defect in crucible - but only for a particular project its not happening - we are not able to link the JIRA issues of this project with any crucible review

Any suggestions on what i might be missing

What JIRA and Crucible version is used ?

Do you mapped the JIRA project to Crucible project ?

Does the user has the permission to "View Issue Source Tab" in the Permission Scheme ?

Does the Review tab for the project ?

Does the Crucible projects all the same permission applied ?

From JIRA server, try access URL http://CRUCIBLE_URL/rest-service/search-v1/reviews?term=ISSUE-KEY&maxReturn=5 ? replace the CRUCIBLE_URL and ISSUE-KEY accordingly

Does it successfully return results or it's emtpy ? Basically, this is request trigger by JIRA to search for Review associated to it's issue

Is there any error thrown in either JIRA or FishEye when you access JIRA's review tab ? Is there any Error shown when you mouse over the Issue Key in Crucible's Review ?
