Crowd does not reflect user/group changes to applications

I'm using Active Directory linked to Crowd.

I added a user in a group: the change has been reflected in the Crowd interface.

However the change has not been reflected to Jira, nor Confluence.

The problem started yesterday for no reason at all. Jira and Confluence say synchronization completed successfully.

I solved this issue by upgrading or reinstalling every software I could find.

I am experiencing a similar problem, but only on a single user.
