Crowd and LDAP

Yassin Bennaceur May 15, 2018

Hallo Everyone,

We are using crowd as our user management space where we first create users and groups then set them to be used for each of our atlassian apps (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo ...)

Now we need to extend our crowd users database to pull from LDAP Directory.

Will it be possible to assign these LDAP users (which are orginized by groups) to the Crowd Local Groups ?

Thanks in advance for your answers

Hey,

Let's use for connect LDAP connection to Crowd.

Yes, you can use the local groups from Crowd and from LDAP.

If you meet some problem with mapping:

let's keep this article.
