Criteria field not showing options

Hi All,

I am trying to create an Automation rule to set a label on issues created by certain users. However, when I select the criteria “is not in role”, the roles dropdown never populates. There is a 403 error for the http request that is trying to get the roles to populate that dropdown. Any ideas?

Hi Niall, looks like you haven't any Project Role configured on your Jira instance. Normally Administrators project role or any other should appear on Criteria.

Can you access the Project Role Browser on your instance? The path is something like this: https://your-jira-instance/secure/project/ViewProjectRoles.jspa

Should be something related to this.
