I am trying to find a way to contact support due to a charge on my credit card that does not appear to have an invoice in my Jira console.
We are normally charged a similar amount (depending on active licensees) each month at the same time. However, in December of 2023, I was charged an unusual amount on a different day and when I go to my invoices, I cannot see what the charge is for.
When attempting to create a billing support request, I was forced to view my invoices and couldn't submit an inquiry.
If anyone knows who I should contact to investigate, that would be appreciated.

Typically Atlassian is contacted through support tickets opened here:

If you select the Billing, Payments & Pricing option there you are redirected to here:
https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
That is the interface for contacting the Billing team.
