Creation of a single global service desk for our clients?

Is it possible as the idea is not to create a service desk per client.

Thanks Paula for your quick feedback.

Actually we have many projects --> several customers but we would like to have one single customer service desk for our agents and each customer will have a view on their tickets from their portal.

Do you mean one project for all customers? If yes, then indeed you can, but you may face some limitations while configuring permissions/notifications.
