Creating tickets via email and attaching the email to the ticket


I have an email address set up so that I can automatically have tickets created by sending an email but I would like to have the original email that created the ticket attached to the ticket (not any of the replies, those wil be added as comments).

Is there a way to do this? Thank you in advance for any help!

I haven't tried this, but I found the steps outlined here:

Thanks but this seems to be describing how to allow attachments to tickets in general. We currently have attachments turned on, the problem is that for tickets that are automatically created from an email, I want the original email message automatically attached to the ticket.
