Hi there,
Is there any way to create new JIRA projects in JIRA 7 using our own default schemes for Workflows, Screens, Issues, etc.? It seems like all the options currently available automatically create their own, and deleting all these duplicates after changing the project over to our company standard is frustratingly time-consuming. Is there any current or planned workaround for this?
Cheers!
Look at the bottom of the "create project" popup box - there should be a line there that you can click to say "use shared schemes". It'll then ask you which ones to re-use.
p.s. it's not obvious, I missed it for ages

Awesome, thanks Nic. Yeah, easily missed but exactly what I was after.

Project Creation Default Changes has some information for those that use JCLI automation for project creation.
