Creating new users/projects in JIRA OnDemand

I just signed on for the JIRA OnDemand evaluation. I can login to my.atlassian.com. However, cannot see any place to create new projects/users. Please help!!

Your instance should be accessible at https://<account_name>.atlassian.net, where <account_name> is a unique word you specify when signing up at my.atlassian.com. You have to login to the instance (https://<account_name>.atlassian.net) and you should be able to create projects/users if you have the right permissions.
