Creating issues from emails with attachments, issues are not including attachments, why?

I successfully defined Mail Services that poll an inbox and create issues based on the "To:" of the message. When a message is received in the inbox that has an attachment of PDF or CSV, the attachments are not attached to the created issue. I do show XLS files attaching fine.

Any assistance or direction is greated appreciated.

Perhaps your mail server is filtering the content. Enable mail debug to see if anything is going on:

Enabled debug and spent quite some time sifiting through logs. In the mean time, I was forced to upgrade to 5.x. Pretty much started from scratch and now it works.
